has cruised into the quarter-finals by demolishing unranked Spanish player

Though initially struggling during his match, fourth-seeded
Roger Federer defeated Czech player Lukas Rosol 6-4, 6-1 to advance to the
quarter-finals. He will be facing ninth-seeded Jo-Wilfred Tsonga, who recently
celebrated his 29th birthday.

Furthermore, third-seed Stanislas Wawrinka advanced to the
quarter-finals by default due to Spain’s Nicolas Almagro retiring from the
tournament due to a foot injury. He will be facing off against Canadian eighth-seed
